Description
Captured while camping along the coastline of Lefkada, Greece, this photograph came from one of those unplanned moments that travel often rewards. On a relaxed walk along the beach, the road climbed above the shoreline, offering a different perspective of the waves rolling in below.
Partially buried in the sand sat an old rusted metal structure, weathered by years of wind and saltwater. With every incoming wave, the sea collided with it before bursting skyward, creating a striking pattern that was constantly changing. It wasn't a famous landmark or a place marked on any map—just an unexpected detail that transformed an ordinary stretch of coastline into something worth pausing for.
